Eye Exams

An full eye exam allows the optometrist to assess any potential vision or eye health problems as well as provide a glasses and/or contact lens prescription.

The Canadian Association of Optometrists recommends a full eye exam at various intervals depending on your age. The minimum recommended frequency of examination for those at low risk is as follows:

Age Group Frequency
Infants and toddlers (birth to 24 months) By age 6 months
Preschool (2 to 5 years) At age 3, and prior to entering elementary school
School age (6 to 19 years) Annually
Adult (20 to 64 years) Every one to two years
Older adult (65 years and older) Annually
Glasses
Choose from an extensive selection from dozens of the top brands in our optical dispensary! (Requires a recent eye exam within the last twelve months -- you are welcome to bring in a prescription from another optometrist if your last eye exam was within the last twelve months). Don't have a current prescription? No problem, book a full eye exam with us as well.
Sunglasses

UV protection is an important component of maintaining optimum ocular health and also helps to avoid skin damage around the eyes.

Sunglasses are available with prescriptions as well as with standard lenses.

Contact Lenses

We offer contact lenses from all of the major brands including Ciba Vision, Coopervision, Bausch & Lomb and Johnson & Johnson.

Our prices are competitive with online pricing but much safer as we provide our contact lenses guaranteed directly from the manufacturer.
